This workshop is designed to increase an understanding of the LGBTQAI (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex and Asexual) communities.
Learning Outcomes will include:

1. Increased knowledge of, and definitions regarding, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender individuals and communities
2. Gained sensitivity and language to reflect back to clients an experience that is indicative of their own life and experience with regard to understanding their needs and working to combat the discrimination they face
3. Expanded language needed to appropriately and authentically engage with these communities & translate awareness to interrupt prejudice and discrimination of all kinds
